Dan Smith is a guitarist and educator based in Manchester, UK. Dan is a co founder and co host of the guitar podcast The Guitar Hour with Tom Quayle, Jake Willson and David Beebee. He currently plays guitar and lap steel for The Swing Commanders delivering a mix of Jazz, Blues, Country, Swing and Rock nā€™ roll music around the UK and Europe. Prior to this he cut his teeth being a 'yes man' and playing in various musical scenarios in including pit work, function work, sessions and playing on cruise ships for 4 years as a utility guitarist.
